When Chef Darryl King arrived in Phoenix in 1986, he noticed an absence of BBQ street vendors. It has been Chef King’s dream since then to provide real pit BBQ to the public. After years of education, hard work as a chef in the Phoenix restaurant scene and financial preparation, he de- cided that in addition to gourmet BBQ for his customers he could provide them with not just traditional fare but a full compliment of innovative catering as well. After two years of design and construction, Chef King and his Riteway Catering Company realized his dream of a commercial grade, mobile catering kitchen, as well as catering dinner parties.

Riteway Catering Company has a 24 foot commercial grade, mobile kitchen that contains all of the necessary equipment that makes it feasible for the freshest preparation of all types of catered food. All of our meals are slowly cooked over oak wood and served on a locally-made sweet hoagie roll. All sandwiches come with Toasted Rosemary & Garlic Potato Tots.
Smoked Pulled Pork Sandwich: Topped with zesty slaw and our amazing Brother’s Gold, a Texas-Mesquite Flavored Gourmet Barbecue Sauce.
Caribbean Beef Sandwich: Smoked and shredded, served with a special Caribbean sauce and topped with pickled red onions.
Locally-made Smoked Hotlink Sausage Sandwich: Topped with our Brother’s Hickory-Flavored, Spicy-Brown Mustard Gold Gourmet Barbecue Sauce and caramelized onions.
