The Mobile Kitchen
Riteway Catering Company has a 24 foot commercial grade, mobile kitchen that was designed by Chef Darryl King. The mobile kitchen contains all of the necessary equipment that makes it feasible for the freshest preparation of all types of catered food. The concept and construction of the mobile kitchen is a labor of love showing the passion and dedication Riteway Catering has for its customers.

When chef Darryl King arrived in Phoenix in 1986, he noticed an absence of BBQ street vendors. It has been Chef King's dream since then to provide real pit BBQ to the public. After years of education, hard work and financial preparation, he decided that in addition to gourmet BBQ his customers would require traditional and innovative catering as well. After two years of design and construction, chef King realized his dream of a commercial grade, mobile catering kitchen.
